I have a diverse background spanning various industries such as manufacturing, finance and insurance, FMCG, tertiary education, and not-for-profit organizations. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable real-world experience in both successful and struggling organizations. With leadership roles in project management and technology, I have worked in large companies in New Zealand and the UK.

One of my key passions is cultivating a high-performing culture within organizations and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. As a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors and the president of the Project Management Institute of New Zealand, I actively contribute to professional communities and promote excellence in these areas. I also have a keen interest in staying informed about local, national, and global current affairs, as well as emerging megatrends. These combined interests have led me to speak at several conferences in both New Zealand and Australia.
